Aetna is mailing an updated Enrollment Verification forms to plan sponsors with fewer than 200 enrolled and insured medical products. All Coventry customers and Aetna customers renewing January – March 2016 as well as all other Aetna customers will receive an updated enrollment verification form asking for total average employees (TAE) before they receive their 2016 renewal.
These letters request a total average employee count for calendar year 2015. Plan sponsors can respond through an online portal, which can be accessed through www.aetna.com or they can return a paper response card in the provided postage-paid envelope. Specific instructions on how to access the portal will be included in the letter and response is requested by March 31, 2016.
