Capital BlueCross: New Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

Capital BlueCross is redesigning their EOB letters to be a more simplistic design.  Some of the changes include:

  • one envelope for all visits in a 14 calendar-day period
  • no confusing insurance language
  • who paid what, what is still owed (and by whom)
  • an easy-to-read layout with additional resources.
